I know depending on the type of AS you are taking depends on when you start taking clomid. However, I have heard a bunch of different ways in which to take the clomid.
For example:
senerio 1
week 1: 50mg/day
week 2: 100mg/day
week 3: 50mg/day
week 4: finished
senerio 2
week 1: 200mg/day
week 2: 100mg/day
week 3: 100mg/day
week 4: 50mg/day
week 5: finished
what is your advice? what do u do? and why?
I've done 300mg day 1 100 for 10 days, and 50 for 10 days. I have also don 50mg EOD and the 100 for 14 days afterward. Results seem to be better the first way for me. Kept more gains and had no crash to speak of.
I do it like this: 300mg/Day for the first day of use then 100mg/Day for the next 6 days of the week, the next week I take 50mg/Day and the final week I take 50mg/EOD. Seems to work very well for me

I generally do scenerio 1 I dont load up on clomid for the first day
I use scenerio #1. I usually stop because clomid makes me look like a walking pimple.
