rotate the shots, delts, trice, bice, quads, glutes... also warm up the vial and inject it very slowly... masage every 10-20 minutes... that's why i usually do and it turns out ok. also could take a shot of vodka or two<:-) good luck

    Here are things I do:

    1. Hot shower before the injection
    2. Inject slow. It can take me up to a minute to inject 1 cc sometimes.
    3. Keep your hand steady
    4. Rotate injection spots. Delts, Quads, and Tris have given me no problems. Yet
    5. Rub the area after the injection and stretch it out.
    6. Keep everything CLEAN!

    That's about it. Good luck.

Mix the two, make sure you heat the mixture (makes injects much easier and less painful), inject SLOWLY (like 60 sec for each ml), don't move the pin around when you're in, after the inject message the muscle you injected into (for a couple of minutes) and rotate inject sites (quads, calves, delts, glutes, etc). You'll be fine

Man I feel your pain bro. I just started my prop cycle in my right quad and I'm limping around for the last 3 days. Feels like a charlie horse. I think I need to go deeper with my injections as I only went in 7/8" in my quad. When I hit my glutes the last 2 days I went the whole 1 1/2". I will also try the other sugestions slower, massage, warm the vial and am now putting a heat pad for 20 minutes after I inject to help dispurse the oil. I will let you know how it turns out. But looking at the bright side, I only have 81 days to go.

Ed injections wears you down after awhile but IMO the results are well worth it.

I'm running with ED injects now (same fina/prop combo) and haven't noticed much more than your average soreness. What size pins are you using Jack? Are you getting lumps or just the normal sore feeling a day or so after? Personally I think Sust hurt WAY worse than a prop/fina cocktail.
