    Injection on off days?

    Does it matter if some of my injection days are on off workout days? Or should I only inject on workout days?

    wow, I would hate to ride that hormone rollercoaster. Keep your test levels stable, even if it is an off-day.

    Doesn't matter, I inject every other day. If it happens to be an off day so be it.

    Actually you can see just as much, if not more results on off days... that is why we have rest days in the first place, to heal and build for the next training day.

    I hope you don't think you only grow on training days....
