    cardio while cycling for bulk ?

    is it ok to do 20 mins of medium cardio (jogging) after a workout to burn some fat from al lthe caloriesi am eatin.

    sus: week 1 - 10: 500mg/ew
    deca : week 1- 10: 400mg/ew
    d-bol: week 1 - 4: 40 mg

    i am on week 6 now, can i do some cardio. i dont wanna eat muscle but i figured if cortisol receptors are blocked, then why couldnt i.

    I walk for 30 40 min every mourning before breakfast adn i am seeing good gains but its not keeping as much fat of me as i would like.

    the gear is going to prevent any catabolic effects that cardio will have on the body.

    mainly the reason people don't do much cardio while trying to bulk is that every calorie counts. doing cardio increases the amount of calories you need to get and may make gains come at a slower pace.

    if you are serious about bulking, eat as much as you can and eat clean...worry about shedding some fat or water after you can't gain any more or are done with your cycle.

    I do a little cardio even while bulking. It allows me to eat more and it just makes me feel better. I don't think it will do a whole lot for fat burning but I don't think it hurts much when it comes to making gains.

    I see no problem, but Id never do it after a workout. Shit..Im so exausted I can barely mix my drinks.

    yeah me, too, like after back or legs, i cant move, it takes me 5 minutes to get to change room, when it usualyl takes me 20 secs to get from change room to gym !
