    ok, i need a little advise/help

    guys, i stretch everyday before i work out. but as i get bigger, not saying im big, it gets harder for me to twist to get a shot in the glute. lately ive been trying to do it one handed but my hands do shake a little. is there anything i can do. im already hittin my quads twice a weeka and my glutes twice a week. anybody have any tricks they use

    The only trick I use is my girlfriend, and she HATES it when I call her a trick but, at the same time thinks its cute. I dont get it

    yeah, i dont think that gonna work since my girls hates the fact that im on and i told her i stoped about 4 weeks ago. so..........i dont think im gonna ask her

    ive hit my tris and delts before. i just feel that after i hit them i dont work that muscle as well. idk. i guess ill just suck it up and deal with it
