powerlifting meet and weight management...
Im thinking of getting into a meet in october or november(or both).
However it would be my first meet prep.
I want to enter in under 181pounds
I can drop to that and maintain performance during that time frame no problem...
However... I was thinking to slowly recomp with 500mg test and deca / weeks with some dbol /drol from time to time until the meet.
Im about 185lbs 14% right now. So I have room to grow and lose fat while being under 181.
My biggest worry is to dont make the weight...
Im newb as hell about meet prep and how to fit aas into
Heres what I thought:
500mg test and deca until 4 weeks out.
Drop everything switching for prop 200mg and tren -a at 525mg/weeks.
Last 2 weeks adding anavar at 70-80mg/day.
After the weight in, anadrol + tren/test(no ester).
Opinion??
How would you do it??
Thanks

I was into powerlifting competitions in HS way before AAS entered my training. The best way i found to make weight is to first find out when the weigh in for the competition begins. Most meets are 24 hours before start time. Use this to your advantage by being at least 5 pounds over your weight class. To achieve this go to a sauna near the contest then the day weigh ins begin and bring a calibrated scale. Sweat out enough water weight to make your class. After that go to the weigh in and make your weight class with ease. The go home rehydrate and refuel. This will help you immensely because the 180 weight class at any age has a lot of strong guys. Also, make sure you're in a positive frame of mind for the competition. A lot of powerlifting is mind over matter. Make sure you visualize your goal.

Thanks for the input I plan on dehydrating myself for the weight in(if needed of course).
However, being my first meet ill compete against myself and my real winning will be the experience gained.
Im not entering to win against them(however it would be great ), but just to do my best.
Next meet ill allow my self for more competiveness.(is that a word??)
Just looking for some input on how I could adjust the timing of my aas regiment to maximize my performance for the meet.
Thanks

I use to lift at an old school powerlifting gym and those guys would commonly use test, tren , and mast for 3-4 months before a comp. The last 3 weeks before competing they would increase the tren, mast, and add halo. Your cycle as is looks good but you might consider switching the nan for mast and use it the whole time.

I admit that mast and halo would great addition...
However mast scared the shit out of my hairline...
Im ok with being bald sooner or later.
But if I can extend the duration with hair ill do it XD
And halo... Ill check into it...
Would be a better choice than anadrol the day of the competition.
Thanks

Im not 100% sure how ill deal with the final week prep.
But does adding halo at 30mg/ED for the last 2 weeks wih conjunction with 350-700mg tren (right now on 525mg and minimal side... Gonna try 700mg soon)
With 200mg/test of course.
What about that.
Also im wondering whats the real hepatoxicity of halo...
Im not really worried about liver cause I think its highly exagerated but halo... Scare me a bit to be honest...(I need to research it aay more...)
I guess that 2 weeks of it at low dose should cause no harm with NAC.
My issue is... Normally on roids im.on accutane too... 20mg daily just to keep control of my acne.
So... Tren+halo+accutane...
Im gonna get liver enzyme tested before starting halo of course. But even if my enzyme are elevated a bit is halo will destroy whats left in that time frame??

Halo does have high degree of hepatotoxicity in large doses. I would be most worried about blood pressure increasing from halo and tren .

first meet? who cares what you weigh, just go into it without that aspect. Chances are with local meets you will be the only person in your weight class anyways. I did my first meet without cutting weight, in fact I just ate whatever I wanted leading up to it. Was able to perform really well. All the crazy cutting 20-30 lbs etc bothers me about the sport, and I won't be doing any cutting unless its for body comp reasons, or unless some odd situation where you have a chance to break some all time world records which most likely none of us are near to.

No qualification needed for that one.
