    first omnadren cycle

    Hi guys,
First of all thanks for welcoming me to the forum, I have been reading and lurking for some time but never posted or signed up until now.

After maxing out my beginner gains and many years of research and reading I have decided to take my body to the next level and start a cycle of omnadren .

    My stats
    25 years old
    85kilos
    6ft 3inch tall
Been lifting for 6 years around 3 days a week, over the past 3 years have been training 5 days a week.
    Bf % is 14.5

Diet is clean and healthy consisting of chicken, fish and all whole meal carbs. Eating around 5 or 6 meals a day with a day off to cheat eat. Going for minimum of 3500 calories

    The cycle plan in weeks

1 - 10 weeks omnadren 500mg (pin Monday and Thursdays)
    1 - 16 weeks airimdex 0.5mg every other day
Pct 2 weeks after last injection
    12 - 16 weeks Clomid 50mg ever day
    12 - 15 weeks nolva 40mg each day
    15 - 16 weeks nolva 20 mg each day

Cheers for reading any constructive criticism or advice would be great.

The cycle is fine but 187lbs at 6'3 is not your natural max. I would suggest working on your diet before cycling.

You don't need to run an ai through pct.
And as redz said you are very light for your frame I would think you have not been training correctly for long enough to cycle

Cheers for the reply guys I appreciate the advice.

To give you a bit of back ground around my weight though, up until about 3 years ago I was 145 lbs. My frame is naturally very thin and very lanky and even maintaining the weight I am now takes a great deal of preparation and food intake. It really does seem that I have hit a peak.
I have had my diet pretty tweaked for the past 3 years now when I started really trying to take the weight gain and muscle building seriously. My diet looks like:

    Morning:
protein shake with banana, 1 cup of oats, 2 scoops of whey isolate (approx 45g protein) and semi fat milk
    3 whole eggs.

    Pre lunch:
    100g wholemeal pasta
    1.5 large skinless chicken breast
    50g broccoli

    Lunch
200g of lean steak or pollock
    75 g brown rice
    50g steamed veg

    Post lunch
    100g holemeal pasta
    1.5 large skinless chicken breast
    50 g steamed veg

    Post work out
Shake with banana, oats, 2 scoops whey semi fat milk

    Dinner
200g lean steak or pollock (depending what consumed For lunch)
    1 large sweat potatoes
    75g steamed veg

    1 more shake before bed.

Its at the point where eating more hurts. Would starting a cycle not be beneficial?

If eating more hurts there is no point to cycling. Accept that you are failing with your diet and you will make bigger gains than you could imagine.

Failing how dude? In what way would u make changes / improvements to max out on results.

Do my naturaly slim genetics have nothing to do with it?

Failing Is a poor way to put what's going on for you right now. Fantastic work on the past couple years. Your probably an ecto And that kind of progress is great but you do need to make more progress before your at your natural peak.
