deca and sust cycle

hello im 5'8 158lbs 37yrs old and im considering taking deca and sustanon
as my first ever cycle, im trying to avoid any side effects along with any gyno problems, i happen to have novaldex on hand which i would take once a day.
would 1 200deca nandrolone and 1 250 sustanon a week be considered safe and effective as a cycle, i would run this cycle for about a month and then
lay off from any gear for some time.
im in very good shape. ive been working out for about 15yrs and i have
very little body fat . looking to put some size on.
im at the point im my life where i cant get any bigger unless i take
some gear .
i know rome wasnt built in one day. so if you have any advice on
a cycle that is very low toxic and safe. please post it ...
p.s. was leaning in the direction of primo since i read lots of good feedback on this

well if your only gonna run it for a month i dont think its worth even taking a cycle...you should run a minimum of 8 weeks and more preferably 10...those are some small doses, even for a beginner, the sus250 at one shot a week is useless.sus doesnt even start to kick in until the 4th or 5th week anyways, you need to take it atleast 2wice aweek like every 3rd day (mon and thurs) example ...try 400 mg deca and 500 mg sus a week for 10 weeks

thanks for the info will do , but what do you think if i run primo instead of the deca will i get any to some results with that cycle.
this is one way to avoid all the negitives side effects that deca
seems to cause....

Finished similar cycle in March. Deca 300mg and sust 250mg/ week for 10 weeks and gained 18-20lbs. Nothing really started to happen until 4-5 week. I agree with above don't waste taxing your body for 4 wks.

I experienced a little itchy tit from deca and had to use bromo toward the end. Other than that, I was very happy with that cycle. I am 33 yrs old, 240lbs, 12% bf.

you could run primo but run it at atleast 300 mg a week along with 500 mg a week of sus....dont forget clomid and get nolva for during the cycle
