6 weeks out from Comp, would i benefit more running clen right through?
-6 weeks out from my 1st comp (physique not bodybuilding)
-sitting at 8-9% bodyfat @ 172lbs
-currently in a 400 calorie deficit 258Protein 86Fats 288Carbs
- drinking 8 Litres water a day (with 1 scoop bcaa's per 4L)
-Running 1ml test prop eod (in week 6 atm/running right up to day before show)
- doing no cardio atm
my question is = i have just got my hands on some clen and want to start incorporating fasted cardio in the morning,
- i was thinking of taking one scop BCAA's and clen before fasted cardio ?
would i benefit more just running clen right through the 6 weeks ramping up and down? since im so close to comp date should i bother doing 2 weeks on 2 weeks off?
advice please ? thankyou in advance.

If you take your bcaa right before cardio in the am fasted your body is gonna burn up the aminos not fat they are easier to breakdown. If I were you I would not be using the bcaa they have hidden sugars and shit in them that can bloat you.

oh okay thankyou for reply, so much information out there its hard to know what to beleive until you test it out for yourself unfortunately ive only got 6 weeks to pull my shit together so dont have time for testing what works
anyone got any knowledge on whether to take clen right threw the 6 weeks ?

I would say yea use the clen what are you asking right threw like up to show or stop a week out or something like that
Whatever your running run it threw the comp

Yes you can run clen for 6 weeks but you will need to run keto too to get the desired effect. You can titrate up but then stay at 120mcg throughout. I wouldn't personally take it pre workout (lifting or cardio) but after.
You're just running prop? Nothing else planned?
What is your water plan? Why 8 litres a day right now?NO SOURCES GIVEN

whats your reasing for taking clen after morning workout as apposed to before?
just running prop and clen... nothing else planned. more compounds doesnt always = from what ive read.
thought about increasing dosage of prop but not to sure if it would benefit me more with 6 weeks to go...
water plan? to dry out? my mentor has that planned for me closer to the time.
and thanks for advice on running clen, so you reccomend running right thru till show non stop 6 weeks ? ramping up ?
