Its hard to recover being on that long...very hard trust me I know. Im not a fan of EQ so I wouldn't waste money on it. 3 weeksb isnt long enough pct for that cycle. Plus id up the dose just a tad for the first two weeks then taper down. Longest id run test would be 14 after that it gets tuff plus gains usually slow.
What are your stats and cycle history?

I am not looking to blow up fast in 4 weeks or less...I want slow steady more quality gains and have my strength and weights move up slowly instead of fast jumps.
Try eating more and training more intensely. HIT
