    First cycle let me know what you think! Trying to do it right.

    Hey whats up everyone. Just joined the site today, lots of good info here! Im looking forward to getting to know some of you and gain some guidance. I will be making my first gear purchase here soon, I'm looking to start a 10 week cycle first time out. I hope to get some insight into good PCT, and something that helps keep the boys still hang low and full. My plan is to do as follows.


    weeks 1-4

    D-bol tabs 25-50mg a day (need some suggestion for a first time user)
    Testosterone enanthate 250mg per week, injections Monday, and Friday


    weeks 5-10
    Start AI (need help name brand on suggested amount) Arimidex ?
    Testosterone enanthate 500mg per week, injections Monday, and Friday
    Start HCG on week 8
    Vitamin E 1.5 grams daily

    PCT weeks 1-3

    Start Novaldex 20mg daily
    Continue AI
    Start subcutaneous injections of HCG 500IU every 4 days
    Vitamin E 1.5 grams daily

    PCT weeks 3-4

    continue novaldex 20mg daily
    continue AI
    Vitamin E 1.5 grams daily

    My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

    Test only for a first cycle. Hcg needs ran throughout entire cycle not in pct. Same goes for arimidex . You need more than just nolvadex for pct. Read the link it will answer everything.

    What are your stats? Age/Height/Weight/Body Fat %
    Cycle is pretty weird. Mon/Thurs injections will give you a more stable release. 250mg Test the first four weeks doesn't make any sense to me. You need to do a little more research, I think.

    First cycle should be tes only. 400-500 mgs a week divided into two injections. Drop the dbol idea, learn how your body responds to one compound at a time. Hcg 250 ius twice a week right up until 3 days prior to pct. Adex at .25 eod and adjust accordingly to sides . Start pct 14 days after last tes injection. Start time may vary a few days depending on Esther used. Pct : nov 40/40/20/20, clo 100/50/50/50. You don't run an AI during pct and don't continue hcg. Make sure your diet is up to snuff

    Thanks fellas! I'll cut out the d bol, and bump the test up to 500 Mg a week. I figured d bol and 250 my for a Jumpstart cause that would put me at about 550 MG of testosterone a week. Hcg the entire cycle, got it! I've researched a bit, I'm guessing I was incorporating things a bit more advanced I didn't.

    One question why no hcg during PCT? No point if I'm running it the whole time? Would that affect my LH utilization first time out using it for 10 weeks?

    BTW I'm 26 5'9 170 ecto build. Been training on and off since high school only reason I'm into gear is bulking is just not in my genes. In the past I've tried to bulk but really have a hard time. My strength goes up but I seem to just cut up and get stronger size hasn't been easy to attain. I eat 4 meals a day about 200 grams protein and a lot of calories n carbs due to a very physical construction job. I take multi vitamins joint supplements (degenerative disks) and eat plenty of greens and fruit. Not sure about body fat if I had a guess I'd say about 12-15% it's been a while since I've had that checked.

    170 is light man I would post your full diet in the nutrition section because I eat about 200 grams of protein does not show me you are serious about your diet. Now if you said my tdee is 2400 because of my job and I eat 3000 calories broke down into carbs fats and protein then I would say okay your diet is dailed in let's move forward.
    Hcg stops your natural test production why would you take it when your trying to jump start it-that's doing opposite things.

    These are my first few posts I'm going to have to find my tdee I'm learning it's vital. 170 is the heaviest I've been I'm a thin built it runs in the family. At 170 I'm the most well built man in my family. My father and both grandfather's were about 20 lbs lighter than me at my age I'll get my tdee figured and post it. I'll admit I'm not as proper on my nutrition as I should I work a travel job 12-15 hours a day so some days preparing proper meals just isn't possible. So when i do i focus on healthy food items. I'm aware I'm not up to par for heavy bulking. I'm going to study the nutritional supplements section and see where I can improve.

    That one sentence speaks volume.... and if you dont sort that out any gains you make will soon be lost !!

    HCG: Why you should use it on-cycle only & how to prepare your hCG for injections

    With regards to your weight? Well, at 170lbs if you can't gain weight without AAS you won't gain with. If you do you will lose all after your cycle.

    Post up your current bulking diet including macro's.

    Figured id give a quick update since originating this post. Good dudes on here led me to fix my diet which was the best thing ive done! I started changing for the better by ensuring i had a daily intake of proper fruits and vegetables. i then moved my protien intake to 150grams+ daily. Due to a job change i cut my calorie intake down. No more 15 hour days on the gas pad. My current job is indoors and requires no physical effort, therefore i cut my TDEE down

    Current daily intake

    Protien: 150+ grams
    Fats: 45-55 grams
    Carbs:150 grams


    I started my diet and exercise at 5'9 155lbs at about 20% BF. I am happy to announce that today i am at 184lbs with about 15%BF. My Legs have exploded, i can no longer get my 30 size up my legs, i am currently wearing 33 inch waist. and have added considerate muscle to my chest, and have added around 2 inches to each arm (cant find log with beggining measurements). I weight train 3 days a week coupled with running 2-3 miles before each lifting session.
