While using Clen should u use Taurine Sups? or just eat food with lots of Taurine in it ie.Fish,meats, etc.? because i've read through alota posts and it says Taurine is a must during Clen, but no one has said if u should use Sups or not, Thanks

I have used a 1000mg tabs one in the am and one in pm, biggest thing I notice is that I dont' get those damn cramps I used to.
Taurine will definitly stop the leg cramps that the clen causes. I would recomend it.
I heard bananas are a good source of Taurine. I used to eat 3 bananas every day and I never really got any cramps.
