    How long is some time?
How many cycles have you done? AAS experience?
    What size/length needle?
What is the strength of Tren ? A or E?
Is the area warm to the touch?

You'll be fine. It is easier to do that in the delt so I recommend a bigger muscle

Great advise. So if it's an infection he should just pin somewhere else? Thanks
    Doctor.

Is it warm to the touch?

Monitor you temperature. Infections will cause body temperature to raise if it is higher than normal just tell your doctor you got bite by a spider doing yard work.
But relax you will be fine

Probably just some irritation. If you develo fever and it worsens see a doctor you will need some antibiotics. Dont panic you are not going to die.

No, if he goes anywhere he should go to urgent care. Unless he enjoys paying more just to be brushed off because it is not an emergency.

What I said still stands you will be fine. If you want to waste your money be my guest

I'm on my first cycle so I am in no way an expert but both times I pinned a delt with test prop I developed a painful warm red patch down by my biceps, a bit hard to the touch that got better after about 1 week. The theory is that the test must have seeped down through the muscle and since test p can be very irritating it caused some inflamation.

Inflamation however does not necessarily mean infection.

What people tend to recommend here is to draw around the red region and keep an eye on it to see if the redness expands beyond that border. Also checking your temperature. If you know that you were careful with your asepsis then it is unlikely to be an infection but it is of course better to be safe than sorry so you may want to get a professional opinion.

Have you pinned delts before? Anything different this time around? Have you have any swelling or pain in your other injection sites?

See the OP took your advice and is now dead and not coming back. Feel better now?

how fast are you inj. again needle size and info would be helpful (wife is in the medical field.) she actually caused a similar reaction to a patient while she was in training because she just fired the contents into his arm and didn't go quite as far in as she was supposed to. If im correct tren is always more prone to cause redness and rashing if not delivered deep enough into the muscle tissue.

I suspect infection or adverse reaction to the gear. I would see a doctor.
