Test E PCT

Currently on my 10th week of my first cycle, the cycle looks as follows:

Test E @ 500 [Weeks 1-12]
Triumphalis @ 60 [Weeks 6-12]
Proviron @ 50 [Weeks 10-14] Will stop it the day I start PCT

While on I ran Arimidex at 0.5mg eod


Now I want to plan my PCT, yeah not the best not to have it already planned but since Nolva/Clomid/hcg are OTC Where I live makes my life easier

I did not run HCG while on..


So what would a recommended PCT be?

Nolva 40/20/20/20 and Clomid 100/50/50/50. There's a whole section on PCT.

Don't take HCG during PCT. Although some people may recommend taking it in the 2 week period after your last shot before you start PCT.

I think taking it before PCT and after cycle makes sense!
What would be a recommended dosage? Least possible pin frequency per week

Just curious, where did you read that HCG should be taken during PCT? If it was on this board we really need to get someone to take those posts down or amend them.
