Nandrolone is nandrolone. The ester phenyl prop or deconate, only determines the release time. So yes it is exactly the same in regards to deca dick. Deca dick can very easily be avoided with proper e2 control through an AI. I am on 250mgs test and 600 npp a week right and I'm loving it.

Npp is awsome, highly underrated compound. I run it at the same dose as prop usually 700mg a week with adex and prami never had any issues best combination ive found.

Deca dick is the bro science term attached to elevated prolactin levels causing loss of erection during performance, inability to achieve/maintain erection, and anorgasmia. There is such a thing as deca dick but it is caused by elevated prolactin and not deca specifically but especially any 19 nor.
