    Competition and dieting

Just want some opinions I'm doing my first show (physique) I'm about 8 weeks out around 10% body fat weight at 184 what type of diet and supplements are common for being this far away from competition and what's the best way to get down to 6-7% body fat

Best way to get down to 6% is diet and cardio.

You should have timed your cycle a whole lot better. Starting PCT now and competing in 8 weeks? You are going to have to cut and likely lose all your gains.

But yes, diet + cardio and lose as slowly as time allows.

PCT & Competition don't seem like a good combo

    Or stay on

PCT is best of course, but what happens throughout PCT? We all know

4 weeks would not be enough to come back right post PCT

    This.

No sense wasting a prep because of a poorly-timed cycle.

    To the OP:
Contest prep is a learning experience.
    Plan better next time.
