Mass gain shakes
Hi everyone
Been on a mass gainer for the last
5-6 weeks ... The last 2 weeks or so my
Belly is bloated and is sticking out
So I've decided to make my own ones
Oats , whey protein , banana ,peanut
Butter, honey
Berries coconut milk and cinnamon
I feel so much better already around
The belly area ....
God knows what goes in those mass
Gain shakes but it can't be good

Nothing but garbage in those man. Cheap proteins usually, lots of sugars. I literally can't take that if I want to be around fellow humans for the day. My gas could quite possibly kill them....
I do one shake a day, right when I get up. Almond milk, mixed frozen berries, peanut butter, a bananna when I have them, 3/4 cup raw rolls oats and isopure protein isolates. Zero gas, zero bloating and it tastes sooooooo good. Damn it I'm hungry now.
IMO protein powders are more or less a waste of money. When something makes me fart and almost crap my pants all day I can't imagine I am digesting and processing the protein very well ya know.

I had the worst gas & bloat when I was downing Syntha 6 that my friend hooked me up with. I thought that shit was just great - Yeah, no - It is straight crap

So right. Shakes and not food but fuel to create gas that clears the room.
