    Starting first Cycle

Hey, I am 23 and have been working out consistently for 5 years now i started at 6' tall and 135lbs i have managed to reach 6' and 170lbs naturally. I have however in the past year stopped gaining all together. I am hoping to take a cycle for 12 weeks in order to gain some weight and reach my goals. I do, however; have some concerns, for one i don't mind the acne but i am very afraid of losing my hair. I work in the modelling industry and this would be bad for business. Secondly i am predisposed to gynecomastia , i had it multiple times in my teens and developed it last year as well. I am hoping for a good cycle that i could gain and retail AT LEAST 10 lbs and avoid the listed concerns..... ANY suggestions? science and liked articles very welcome

What's your bf%? For gyno I'm not an expert because I'm not prone to it but I'd keep letro on hand and keep e in check with adex.

Prop 500mg weekly 8-10 weeks run a dex at 25mg ed step it up if you get any estrogen related sides or simply stop cycle and start pct, its out of the system quick. You may want to take finistrde to prevent possible hair loss or have it on hand, sam with Acutain or doxy for acne

You don't gain because you don't enough. Take all the AAS you want but if you don't eat more you aren't going to gain/maintain anything.

Visit our diet forum at 170lbs you have plenty of natural growth in you.

I eat 4600 calories a day. Hitting 300g protein. I can try eating more but I don't know how I'll force down more.

Perhaps the underlying problem may not be your diet but the little things like sleep, stress, training methods (you switching it up or on same routine). If you are eating 4600 cals, that's a very high surplus.

I change up my work outs regularly. Have N.A.S.M.... P.E.S.... And C.E.S.... Work with a trainer too, whose been doing it for over 30 years. My sleep and stress levels could be an issue, though and I've been working hard to remedy them.

Dam I can't imagine you being 170lb if you're eating that much. I'm 205lb and maintaining at 2,300 calories.

Love to meet you in person and work with you for a few months if you don't believe me. I want to gain. If it means no AAS AWESOME I am more than willing to listen and try anything out.

Try replacing the calories you're getting from shakes with real food.

Not true, at 145 I was eating 3500-4k, granted I was gaining a lot of fat.

Doing the eating isn't impossible, I believe not putting on any weight while eating that much might be, unless you have some gains thieves residing in your digestive system (eg. Worms)

Drop all those protein shakes, weight gainer shakes etc. replace them with lean beef and chicken. Rice, potatoes, oatmeal, and other starchy carbs. Drink egg whites, snack on nuts. If you must make a shake use whole milk, egg whites, frozen berries, rolled oats and peanut butter. Those are calories you can count on. You can make a shake like that over 1000 cals easy. Who knows what really in those crappy powders. The entire supplement industry is a joke and a big scam, ESPECIALLY protein powders.
