    Eq and red blood cells

Hey was just wondering if anyone can help me confirm this or set me straight??

Basically bought some tren ace a while back and it killed my cardio way more than I thought it would, and had to stop taking it cause I couldn't compete in my sport,

I then just ran test but still want more of a kick from my cycle so thought I could take eq, and since this increases red blood cell count surely that means that there is more haemoglobin and oxygen in my blood too leading to a better overall fitness level???

Appreciate anyone with an indepth answer or correction

Unless you're a high level endurance athlete, competing at altitude, or otherwise in amazing cardiovascular shape, a hematocrit higher than ~50% is only going to slow you down. And even athletes who blood dope don't maintain those high H&H levels any longer than they need to for competition, since viscous blood is taxing on your circulatory system.
