Liquid Clen/T3 Dosing?

Hey, I'm cycling in some LR liquid clen & t3 next week, and I'm wondering what the best way to measure the stuff is? The clen and t3 are 125mcg/ml, and I've got a dropper, but it has no measurement line on it so I don't know exactly what a ml is. Is the best way to measure the stuff a syringe or what?? (I am going to build up with both of them and taper down eventually with the t3). Also, when is the best time of day to take them? Thanks for the advice.

with the liquid clen I use a syrnge.2cc,.4cc,.6cc,.8cc, then finished the 2 weeks at 1cc (120mcgs) a day. It has a strong taste so have some
juice ready to chase with
