Please video or at least audio record the conversation with mom. It would no doubt be a great learning tool to attach to the "Young and Steroids " thread.

Of course, how can one of us incriminate our selves.
Steroids are very far from legal. Saying that you are on AAs could open the door to who knows what kind of nastiness.

Reminds me of a time when my roommate went to the ER for a cat bite on his hand.
This cat went nuts and latched onto his hand, causing an infection.
They asked where the cat was now......he told them he killed it after it attacked his hand.
Unfortunately, this led to him being charged with animal cruelty. lolLast edited by _-KL-_; 09-27-2014 at 10:19 PM. Reason: grammar nazi

Edit: This was actually meant for the OP djs2224 Not Bodacious.
I'm betting you are going to have a lot more to worry about than an infection in the near future because you are just heading down the road full speed with no regard to consequences. Again I'm talking about a lot more than an infection that can be fixed with an antibiotic.
Good luck, you are going to need it although I dont expect it will go good for very long.Last edited by lovbyts; 09-28-2014 at 09:22 PM.

Well maybe when you boys grow up and get a real doctor you go to all the time it wouldnt matter. Nothings going to happen, I tell my doctor all my cycles, he does blood work and figures everything out with me. You guys are funny. Incriminate myself LMFAO.

I have to agree. In my opinion telling your doctor is smart. They are not looking to get you arrested. They are there to treat you. My doctor just asked why I used testosterone and then looked a little fascinated when I told him.Unless you have a gunshot wound I wouldn't be worried.

Again - hell no
Oh, I feel like shit. What did you take? Some illegal substances that may shorten my life.
20 years later - why can't I get life insurance
This is the shit I learned off this board. Helpful for sure, before I would say just tell em'

I would go to the doctor and tell him you injected B-12.
yes, telling the doctor exactly what happened is smart for him to diagnose and solve the issue, but saying you pinned B-12 or steroids will be treated the same way, since the problem here is an infection.
In this case, I think the best idea is to tell the doctor and even your mom that you pinned B-12.
Good luck dude and let us know how it went.

I guess everyone has different experiences. All I know is my Dr could of cared less about what I was shooting in my ass. All he was really concerned about was the huge lump on my ass and how to treat it. There was no mention of AAS by him or in any of my paper work. When my wife came to pick me up after surgery all the doctor said was that ingrown hairs can get very nasty. Theres no record of my AAs use. Not trying to argue. I just want to inform people that it is more important to get help. I'm glad the kid is going in

I agree with you. The docs job is not to investigate what you took, nor does he really care. All he is worried about is that you have an infection, caused by a pin and he has to resolve this infection. Exactly what the hell you took is not important here unless the substance itself was going to add more complications to the treatment.
Its like going to the ER because you got a heart attack, or a heart attack from using cocaine. The doctor is not there to rat you out or help you with your addiction. He is there to fix the heart attack...

Something else to think about is that his gear could of had something in it. Not saying it did,but the doctors need to know as much as they can. I was two weeks into my cycle and being my first time. It did go through my head that maybe I had bad gear. That's the main reason I told him what I was doing. In the end they drained the abscess gave me antibiotics and I went home. Lesson learned

It is good to see that the kid could come on here and be directed to do the right thing. He was probably scared shitless lol.

When I got life Insurance they asked me questions like have u ever injected drugs including steroids also they asked for copies of med records and I think my Health insurance wouldn't cover certain things if they thought I was engaging in risky behavior like injecting drugs also I would think my doc would treat me like someone with a drug problem vs a heathy persons who trains and uses test responsibly especially if I tried to get put on trt I would think he'd be suspicious
