    Started my first ever cycle and am taking Anavar. What can I expect?

    Hello everyone,

    I just started my first ever cycle which is Anavar . I have never taken a steroid ever in my life. What can I expect with hard work in the gym and a good diet? I have been lifting less than a year just for your information. I am tall and lean, not overweight. Right now Im using 50 mgs per day first thing in the morning and started my cycle this past Saturday.

    It will suppress your natty testosterone production and likely give you the sides that come with low testosterone

    Ok forget that for the time being because as of right now I have started the cycle and may as well finish it. Its my first time so I will see some nice gains in the gym as long as I am on my cycle.

    What do you recommend I do once I stop the cycle in 4-6 weeks? Please be helpful here. It seems like you know what you are talking about.

    You will need to run a light pct. Look in the educational threads for your dosage answer

    I would run nolvadex and Clomid both to be sure. It could be lighter than a normal pct yes. Nolvadex 20/20/20/20 Clomid 50/50/25/25. Keep in mind I am not suggesting you finish the cycle though
