    drop bf while bulking?

    Hi,

Gonna do bulking cycle consisting of :
    w1-9 : 800 mg test enant
    w1-8 : 400 mg eq
    w1-4: 40 mg naposim/day
    w1-9: 50 mg prov/day

ratio 50 carb/30 prot/20 fat (maintenance 2500 cals increasing each wk by 500 cals till reach 5000)

Is ther anyone who has done a similar cycle and managed to drop bf% a little?

well u can lose bf on that cycle if u dont eat enough calories ed, becuz, ur protein sysnthesis will increase and will need more energy, if u dont eat enough food, it will get energy from fat. but then u wont really bulk up will u ! i put on a nice quantity of bf when i cycle, but immediately after i cycle i run clen /t3/winny for 6 weeks, which pretty much will hopefully take me down 6 - 7% to the point where im pretty riped.

The whole reason why we have bulking and then cutting cycles is because to get the full effect of each, you have to gain atleast a little bf on a bulk to see maximum gains and cutting you see less gains but more bf loss. It's not that hard to understand! Don't try to do both, because you will not be as happy with the results as if you split up your bulk and cut into different periods of time.
