Question dbol to prevent prolactin induced gyno?

What do you guys think about that?I have done a few tren cycles which
allways included some dbol .Never got any signes of gyno maybe just a little bit puffy nipps, nothing that made me warry about.
    But now I am doing
    tren 75mg EOD
    prop 100mgEOD
This is my third week and I am getting realy noticeable puffy nipples which I never had before.
I have been also taking prop and nolva since I want to get lean.
I am preety shore that it is caused by prolactin since my sex drive also decreased(very unusual for me when on test).
Can Dbol help me since it increase dopamine which again stops release
    of prolactin.
Here I can`t get any bromo so I started taking vitamin B6 and Dbol.
    I hope it will help.
Now I would like to hear some opinions from you experanced bros.

d-bol can cause estrogen related gyno, not prevent prolactin. Winny I have heard competes for prolactin receptors and binds there leaving less places to bind. This possibly works as nolvadex does at blocking the site, although I have only hearsay to go on, no studies.
