    Unhappy After Cycle-everything Hurts!

It has been a little over 4 weeks since my last injection of Deca and Test.

All my old aches and pains are coming back! My shoulder hurts, my knees hurts, my back hurts!

I can't even work out cause of shoulder pain! I am frustrated cause I am loosing gains no matter how much I eat or how many shakes a day I drink!

I am begining to feel my age again (36) and that's not good!

Is there anything I can do?

Glucosomine/ Chrondroitin. That stuff works wonders. Also, ice/heat your joints to relieve pain. If nothing like that works, maybe go to a doctor.

I get that when coming off a cycle as well..It is very common. My elbows always take a huge beating so they hurt the most whn coming off. It will get better in a couple weeks but as the bro's said, Glucosamine, MSM will work well and applying ICY HOT on the area helps with it as well

    THIS MIGHT HELP TOO......

I'VE ALSO READ TO LOWER THE WEIGHTS YOU WERE USING....ITS NOT A COMPETION AS TO THE AMOUNT OF WEIGHTS BUT THE QUALITY OF THE PUSH OF THE WEIGHTS.<-IS THAT SAID RIGHT??..10-12 REPS OF A LIGHTER WEIGHT IS BETTER THAN 3-4 REPS DONE WRONG..

    Well,

Yesterday I forced myself to go to the gym. Even thaou I was feeling so bad and achy, I did what you suggested and instead of going to the free weights I went to the machines and with much lower weight I did my rutines. However, I did a high repetition (20 per set x 3 sets) of each exercise. I must admit that today I feel 40% better than how I felt yesterday. Maybe my muscles were asking for some action to liberate toxins!

Thank you all for your advise.

Glucosamine/chrondrotin works wonders but be patient it can take a month or so of continuous use to start really feeling alot of relief. I'm 38 and feel your pain.

try some capsaicin cream with a sleeve over it 30 min before workout, it heats your joints up.
If that fails get som Vioxx or Celebrex

    glucosamine did shit for me
MSM made my finger nails grow and nothing else
