Iv'e been scanning the forum looking for some advice for someone just starting out but most posts are way over my head.
I've being hitting the weights for a while now and trying to keep my diet in check. I have just jumped the gun a bit and bought some dbols and decca on someone else's advice but now been told not to take decca just dbol is this the way to go when starting out?

Oral only cycles are a recipe for disaster ..
Deca without test base is as same reckless

35 , 6'2'' , 85-90kg. Why would oral be bad for the first time? I'd of thought going that way first would be safer. I need to read more into this so much conflicting advice (not from here).

ALL orals and steroids in general shut down your test production. So if your gunna do any orals or anything your gunna want to be pinning test aswell. Theres no reason to just run orals even tho thats what alot of people are told

It is generally a best practice to always have Test as a base in your cycle. Especially if you are brand new. You would see great results in a test only cycle as well.

All testosterone is the same , but for a first cycle go with e or c
Those should be injected twice a week , due to the Half life of each.

Can I just use the dbol to gain a bit of bulk? Or do I need test to do that?

Dbol will shut ur natural test production ,
U ll feel miserable and like a half man , after all, u know it's your primary hormone that makes u function like a male.
That's why there is no steroid cycle without testosterone as a base.

Thanks again , was going to start the dbol today anyway but I think ill order some test as what would be the point if I feel weaker, you say 2 × week is it ok to ask what dose here.

If that's ur first cycle I suggest taking only test at 500 mg per week for 12 weeks.
Drop the dbol .
