Hey whats up 5'11 193 dnt knw bfp but its not high mayb 15+ im comin off injury back at gym 5 mnths started a sustanon300 cycl 4 wks in i startd dbol im c decent results but havntt blown up got 7 wks left gnna stack tren wit other 2 should have waited til i had better base but was impulsive n inimformed bout cycle support eating cuz i wasnt eatin like i shoulda i am nw 6-7small meals day oh yea this my first cycle im 36 yr old what should i do 4 pct n what can i do better next time exept 4 everything lol thanx cant wait 2 hear from ya

Your first cycle should be test only. What have you planned for pct? Are you running an ai? Are you running hcg ?

Just to make sure we have this right!!

1 you have just come back the gym 5 months after an injury.

2 you dont know ur bf%

3 you have been taking sus300 and then dbol to which you want to add tren for a first cycle

4 in your words you wasnt eating like you should

5 you have not taken any cycle support Ai or hcg

6 you are now asking advice about pct
