Hey guys my first post in here ive been reading and following trying to figure out the answers to my questions but i guess the best way is based on my personal stats and info
im 25
been playing for 4 years on and off but 2 years non stop
6.1 / 94Kilos which is 210 Pounds i guess
Body Fat 12% using BB.com caliber
Work out 6 days aweek (heavy weights)
I will start my first cycle of Sustanon 375 by novector labs called susteron every saturday 1ml
and Boldenon (EQ) 300 every tuesday 1ml
Dostenix half pill twice per week
Liv52 4 per day
Speman 2 per day
i have nolvadex but i want suggestions on how to use also i want to get HCG and want to know how best to use
my Cycle should be 5 or 6 weeks

First cycle just use test mate.

The cycles to follow you can start to stack others, best to do it individual though so you can monitor any side effects.

Also get your PCT sorted though, that's quite important.

You need to study a little bit more and read the link posted. EQ at 5-6 weeks is a waste. As a matter of fact everything that is not oral is a waste for that short time. Just go with a basic test as your first cycle. see how your body reacts to it.

but i have another question that worries me

Shutting down your natural testosterone production for period of 12 weeks wont hurt u when u goin back to normal ?
what about the sex life as i have a missus ?

That's what the PCT is for, it will help your body get back to normal.

People say using HCG whilst on cycle can help with getting back back to normal.

You will probably have to deal with a loss of libedo though, but your missus will enjoy the increase test while it lasts

If you read the link Mr bb posted for you and follow that then you will have done your cycle the right way and gave your self a very good chance of recovery but again as above.
