    Question Help Me Out Please

    whats up? im 26yr 5'8 and weight about 175,and 16%bf.
    im about to start my first cycle soon and
    just want some comments about the whole cycle from my gear to eating.
    Ill be bulking and im trying to gain about 15 to 20lbs.

    QV deca . 300mg EW (1 to 12)
    QV test E. 400mg EW (1 to 12)
    TT stanol V. 50mg ED (10 to 14)
    liquidex .25mg ED (1 to 16)
    post cycle clomid ED (start wk 14)
    300mg day 1
    100mg days 2 to 11
    50mg 12 to 21

    and i have a shit load of nolvadex on hand


    DIET
    ______________
    3500cal perday
    45%protien(400g)
    40%carb(350g)
    15%fat (60g)
    ill drink about 1 to 1.5 gal of water a day.
    and ill try to get at least 8 hours of sleep per day

    WHAT KIND OF CARBS ARE THE BEST FOR
    BULKING STARCHY OR FIBROUS CARBS or does it matter?

    AND AFTER MY CYCLE IS COMPLETE, DO I JUST
    DROP MY CALORIES EVERY WEEK/DAY UNTIL IM
    WHERE I NEED TO BE AT to maintain weight?
    LET ME KNOW WHAT U THINK AND WHAT I SHOULD CHANGE.

    look sok for a first ,run the winny from week 8 ,and run nolva along with ur clomid therapy,but honestly bro u dont have the most important thing down which is ur diet that will make u or break you!my advice holf off and workon gettin ur diet down

    i thought u had to start clomid 3 weeks after last deca injection! (correct me if im wrong)

    Chevy's right you're starting your clomid a week early.
    I'd cut the deca to 11 weeks then start the clomid at week 14.

    Other than that it looks good.

    can u tell me whats wrong with the diet? too little cards? protien? or just the fact that i asked about carbs and about the calories after the cycle?

    well for starters u have way too much protein bro, i mean ull smoke ur kidney at ur weight. u need

    1.5 grams of protein/lb of body weight
    3 grams of carb/lb of body weight

    ur fat looks good
    water looks good

    only consume 1.5 grams of protein/lb of bodyweight unless u dont make gains. 400 grams for a guy who isnt even close to 200 lbs is a lil too much imho. Best of luck !

    also bro, if u eat 350 grams of carbs ed, you wont make any measurable gains, i think it should be like a minimum of 500 grams of carbs. thats my honest opinion anyways. good luck !

    Not trying to flame here bro, but how much actual experience in the gym do you have? I ask this because your stats say that you are 5'8" 175 @ 16%bf after 5 years experience. Either you have never payed attention to your diet or your lying about your experience. Again I am not trying to flame you. It's just that you could do so much more if you concentrated on other things besides cycling. Without a solid diet, and training knowledge gear isn't going to help ya bro. I could be wrong about you but that is what I gather from what you say. If anything I would say that you should concentrate on cutting rather than bulking at the moment. In the long run you will be much more pleased with yourself.

    oh yea thats it..i made it all up lol.

    no i been working out for a long time now...but what happened was i had stopped working out and stopped eating healthy..it all just went down hill. well i finally started eating right and working out for the past few months. im just considerin a bulking cycle..b/c i feel like im a little on the lightside.
    From my calculations im at 16% bf. mainly all my fat is around the abs.
    maybe i should get it my bf checked at the gym.
    well anyways thanks for the comments.
