    went for a run......didnt get far...lol

    ha ha ha.......tonight i decided to go for a jog for some cardio, i always considered myself someone with good cardio vasucular inderence......but the d-bol changed that...as soon as i got around the block, my calves and front muscle whatever it is by my shin got so pumped i couldnt walk, i had to limp a block home they were so pumped lol....man........these d-bols......never thought that would happen...lol

    I had the same problem with Fina, but throw the lower back in with the calves.

    Hell ya, treadmill in the morning KILLS MY CALVES. Fina ROCKS
    It helps me a lot if I take the time to stretch out before I run, durring and definitely after.

    thats funny. when i grapple my arms and shoulders pump up so bad that i cant even move them, fina rocks.

    Same thing happens to me now that I'm finshing up my cycle with winny, my calves and shins get tense as hell while running, and it's quite crippling.
