    my first cycle is on the way .....

    ok guys I've just ordered my first cycle (see sig below) and want to make sure I've got all my details worked out.

    I'm 32 5' 9" 188lbs 18% BF ... I need to trim up the chub a little in the abs but want to make sure I'm taking in enough caloires while on my cycle.

    QUESTIONS:
    1) How many calories should I consume?
    2) Is one gram of protien per lb. enough?
    3) Should I lay off the Cell Tech while on?

    Anything I missed????? thanks!

    ok .. so whats wrong with my cycle? someone PM'd me saying it wasnt a good cycle !?!?! why do I get the feeling the next PM will be an offer to sell me what I need.

    ANYONE SEE A PROBLEM WITH THIS CYCLE???? thanks!

    The only hting I would change is the deca . I would run it at 400mg from week 1-12 along side the test. The way you have it, you won't see any benefit from it until around week 8, as it usually takes 3-4 weeks to saturate your system. Run it right from the start and you'll be a lot happier with the results.

    Oh, and to answer your original questions, 4000-5000 cal should be sufficient, I would shoot for 1.5-2g of protein per pound of body weight, and I would save the cell tech for after the cycle. JMO

    motoxx got it right, Deca takes 3 weeks to kick in, thats the reason why u run DBOL , so by the time Deca kicks in, u jumpstart your cycle with DBOL and enanthate takes a week or two to kick on too, and dont worry, nobody is trying to sell u shit, U asked a question and people are just trying to help you

    OverDrive your cycle is OverKill for a first cycle. Drop the d-bol and deca , save um for another cycle. You could go with the deca and test on your second, then on you third add the d-bol. But i'd say d-bol and deca wouldn't be a good choice, because they both elevate b/p and cause bloat, which it sound like you're trying to stay away from.

    My first cycle was 35mg d-bol ed, 500mg test enanthate /week, and 400mg EQ/week, but JohnnyB is a smart bro and may have a good point here. A little more research should help you decide what's best for you.

    yeah bro I have to say the guys (and gals) on this board are the best! I am a member at another board and its MUCH slower, the info isnt as good! As far as my comment about someone trying to sell me ... the member that PM'd me only had one post to his name so .... ya never know about newbies, no credibility, so I thought I'd start this thread to get feedback from the more experienced guys.

    I've read up alot on the board and agree that adding the deca may be a little much for my first cycle so I think I'll save it and do the Dbol & Test E. I want the Dbol so I'll notice quick gains .. I may cut it to 20-25mg ed.

    Thanks for the advice ... 4-5k cal. a day man thats more than twice what I eat now ... guess I'll have to stock up on the food!
    I'll do some before and after photo's when I start ... after I get this cortizone shot in my shoulder I'll be good as new!

    Yeah, you're gonna spend some $ on food! I spend much more on food than I ever could on the juice itself! What's up with the cortizone shot in the shoulder? If you have an injury now I would highly suggest nursing that back to 100% before you start a cycle. Your body's gonna need to be in top shape to handle the workouts you should be throwing at it IMHO.

    The reason I say go with the test only and leave out the d-bol and deca . Is your receptors are fresh so you don't need much to grow. What ever you do that is more then your receptors can handle, will have a high possibility of converting to a side effect.

    .... just a little tendonitis, no big deal. I'm in orthopedics so I've had it checked out ... no cuff tear thank God! Worst case senario the impingement comes back in 6 months and I'll have a SADC (subacromial decompression) ... that alone should only set me back a few weeks.

    I'm at about 90% right now so its all good

    Speaking of "side effects" ... I've got mixed reviews on taking Proviron .. someone mentioned it makes your hair fall out. Now I'm not bald but maaaaan I can't lose much more ... thoughts/opinions?!?!?!?
