Yes another first cycle noob question... Please Help!

Let me start out by saying I am 26 years old, Asian, 5'5 and only 125lbs with a super asian metabolism. My body fat is only 5%, I think my bones are like 90% of my weight and 10% muscle lol. I joined a gym membership over a year ago and hired a personal trainer. $350 a month for gym and personal trainer. When I started a year ago I was only 110lb. I work as tech support so all I do is eat at the desk.

Anyways I been drinking mass gainer for a year and been eating dirty and that gave me 15lbs in a year. I was told to eat dirty by my trainer because I'm bulking, sites and other people said something else but he was the expert and my trainer. So he got me 15lbs and I was very happy. I think I'm at the stage where I can't get any bigger. Maybe gene related not sure. My dad is only 130lbs and my brothers are all 130-135.

So it's a new year and I want to be around 150-160lbs to look like normal. Tired of looking like a nerdy geek. Sorry if I offend any of you. I'm still at the same gym and still with my personal trainer. We are now trying new supplements, but I wanted to give me some juice so I got with a friend of mine who is a body builder. He advised me I would only need to do one cycle to get the results and keep in shape to keep result. After all said and done and I bought one cycle from him. (I spent $1000 on it... didn't know where to get it so but him. Is this a rip off?)

Anyways here's what I have so far

    Equipoise 200 (200mg)
    Treb E-100 (100mg)
    Sustanon - 250 (T Propionate 30mg, T Phenypropionate 60mg, T Isocaproate 60mg, T Decanoate 100mg)
    Deca - 250 (250mg)
    Test Prop - 100 (100mg)
    Anadrol 25 - 25mb (70 tablets)
ACG - Small bottle label is in chinese so not sure of the size
    Nova pills - 30 pills

He gave me instruction which are

    Stage 1
-Use dec+sus+equ 2x a week. Split it three days apart. Use with 3cc 25g syringe. Each one of them should be at 1cc making the needle full.
-Take the anadrol pills 2x a day. One in the morning and one 30min before work out.

After that is done start with

    Stage 2
-Use Tren E + Test 2x a week as well and split it three days apart using a 3cc 23g syringe.
    -Take the nova pills everyday
-Use acg to stomach fat with a 15iu? 3 days apart

He advised me that this whole cycle should be about 6-8 weeks. I'm not sure but if anyone is taking the same please chime in.
So anyways I will be starting next week. I just wanted to see what you experts think of that first cycle? What changes should I make?

Oh my friend also told me to eat dirty lol because he says one of the thing will make me hungry every hour.

Things I will be taking while I'm juiced:

    -Arnold Mass gainer
    -HumaPro
    -Creatine
    -Pre work out
    -Omega 3

Anything else I should be taking while I'm juiced?

My goal is to end up being around 150-160 if possible if not I'll be satisfied with 140-150. I will only do one cycle and that is it. If I lose my gains that is fine, my ideal of life is to try new things and experience things.

Please let me know your suggestions and feedback as I am open to it before I start. I been reading and doing research but seems like no one is using the same setup as me.

    Thanks!

PS. I'll be making a log and keeping track of my progress.

OK 1st thing is to forget everything you think you know and read this.
My First Cycle: Planning and Executing a Successful First Cycle

Next you need to get more of a base before you are ready to cycle, even at 5' 5" 125lbs is way to light. You need to visit the diet and nutrition section and learn how to eat. Yeah yeah we have all hear and most of us been there with the fast metabolism but it's funny 99% of us will agree that we have learned it was all due to diet.

Hmmm well 5% is pretty lean. Skinny, light is not the same as lean. Where would you say you are compared to these?

Thank you for your response. I read that article and learned alot. You are right on the diet. Being asian I mostly eat asian food, such as noodles, rice, etc. Things that don't give you what you need. This year I will try to eat a more healthy diet.

I'm actually none in those pictures. The picture that I resemble would be this

    Welcome buddy!

At this stage AAS can only hurt you, your best friends are calories!

Remember one thing! There is not a healthy person on the earth that cant GAIN WEIGHT!

Hit the nutrition forum and state your problems there add weight by eating Large!

Asian food is not a problem if u add some meats to it!! Any meats + tons of noodles and rice and u can get big!

    Good luck gaining!

Honestly using any gear would be a BIG waste of money. You would mostly gain water weight if anything and what you did gain you would quickly loose. #1 rule is if you want to weigh 150 lbs you have to eat like a person who is 150 lbs. You should be able to reach 165 or more natty with a decent diet before you need to use any gear or it would be beneficial.

I would say you are close to the 15% body fat by your picture, maybe a little less. Like I said, skinny is not the same as lean and most people have to work VERY hard to get below 8% body fat with a good strict diet and training. 6% or lower would be competition ready.

Hi, you will get great advice on this forum and I agree that your focus will be 100% diet and nutrition. This might be helpful...http://forums.steroid.com/diet-nutri...e-posting.html Also, your P/F/C intake needs to be 30/50/20? Something the diet forum will help you figure out, concerning calories per/day. Cheers!

if you look like this then you are strangely made...
I have a friend who is around 5-6% year round at 135lbs 5 foot 4 and his looks so good that he look bigger than me (im 200 btw)

I think ou underestimate your physic
post a real pic so you can have others opinion.

and you simply have to eat more.
if you cant get fat enjoy it!!!
Just eat and eat and eat your stomach will expand overtime it will get easier. if you train properly and eat plenty you might reach 150lbs pretty fast.

and believe me when I say if you think you eat alot then you are wrong. being thst skinny mean. you just dont eat enough.

    4-5k calories is a minimum.

And get your bodbuilder friend to sign up here and explain why he is advising you this. He is seriously going to hurt somebody with this kind of suggestion.

thank you all for your comments.
I didn't realize actually think you guys would steer me off from using it. I will not use it and just go regular.
Does juice expire? Now I got some steroids that I won't use and wasted 1k lol stupid on my part.

Again thank you all for your suggestion and thank you. I will get with a nutrition expert and work on my diet.
Now another question is since no juice...

Should I take some T boosters to help? since I'm not going to use juice?
Are T booster as bad as juice?

It will last for several years without any worry of going bad or getting weak as long as you keep it in a dark dry and preferably cool but not cold place.

No stay away from test boosters. Most are garbage and some are actually pro hormones and well do more harm than good. Just because you are skinny does not mean you are not producing more than enough testosterone naturally. You may not have the best genetics to start with but with proper nutrition and training you will grow plenty.

If you really want to know what if anything is going on get a full hormone blood panel done then you will know and also have a good base line to work with when you are ready to do a cycle in a few years and know what your natural levels should be.

Everyone has given you top notch advise so far.
My biggest concern, is although you have a personal trainer, he may not be programming what you need to elicit the required growth stimulus.

That photo you have does not look like someone who has been training for a year solid, unless of course you have been doing zumba and body pump.
I mean srs bro pilates and p90x will get you more ripped in a year, Just because a guy is a trainer doesn't men he he knows what he is doing.

I am a mechanic and there is plenty of other mechanics that I know who I wouldn't let work on my cars, same goes here.

don't give up bro, you will make it!

All you really need to do is learn how to diet! You are way to small to use AAS (No offence) but you really need to learn how to eat. You will gain nothing but side effects from steroids .

True. Just because someone is a "trainer" doesn't mean he knows what he's doing. There was some kid at my gym who I guess is a trainer, and not to sound like a d*ck but this kid was a twig, like literally never lifted or ate food in his life, probably 100-115 pounds max. It's sad because there are people out there who actually deserve to be a trainer, work hard for it and knows what they're doing and here they can't get a job because some kid took classes online and thinks he knows what he's doing and gives people horrible training advice.

Welcome, good advice that you should listen too. I think all your trainer is doing is training you to give him money, and you body building friend is no better. Good luck, hope you figure out your diet and start making gains, don't eat dirty, eat properly.
