Sustanon and Winny stack

OK fellas, it's week 3 of my Sustanon/Winny stack, and so far I am very pleased with the progress I've made. My strength has gone up like crazy, and I'm seeing some thickness in my muscle structure. I do have a question though. I've been running the Sustanon for 5 shots now, every 4 days. I am now going to be shooting it every 3 days for the next 3 weeks, followed by my last 3 shots, separated every 4 days again. Question 1: Should I stick with every 4 days? or every 3 days and not go back to 4 for the last 3 shots? Quesiton 2: I have ten shots of Winny QV to add into my cycle at some point, and haven't started it yet. I'm going to be shooting EOD, so when should I start? Last couple weeks of Sust cycle, or after the Sust has run it's course? Thanks

Run the sus constant throughout.
Take 2 amps per week till the end of your cycle.
Run the winny 2 weeks past your last shot of sus...that way you can go straight into clomid.
