    I Need lots of help (cutting questions)

    Im a 19 year old, 6'2 190 pound male. My ****ing body fat is around 25% and I wanna cut. Ik all about the working out & diet part but what anabolic steroids should I be taking? I want to lose lots of fat, and keep or even gain more lean muscle mass. I have about a $250 to spend and I would love some insight and suggestions.

    If you cant do it naturally, you cant do it with steroids . My friend was about the same stats as you, hadnt worked out for more than a couple of months, tried steroids (against my advice) and guess what happened. Nothing...

    You wanna now the secret of losing fat/gaining muscle? DIET! Spend that $250 on food instead.

    A cycle is not going to help you. You need to visit the diet section and learn how to eat correctly. Get into a solid cardio routine and get down to about 15% body fat before considering a cycle. You CAN do this......you just have to want it.

    You should start lifting weights to gain muscle as well as cardio. But your diet is the most important to thing here, have it reviewed in our diet section.

    I think there’s nobody on the world that isn’t able to shred down at least at 12% BF. So, the only thing you can do, is diet hard.
    Sorry bro, the first step is to go down to 12%BF. Everyone is different. You might be endomorph, and your body wants you to wear 25% BF.
    Or you simply have high pleasure when you eat. The solution is a mental work. Will a shredded and healthy body give you more pleasure than eat like a pork? Will more sex give you more pleasure than junk food??? Simply answer these questions, and if you decide a healthy life, start a diet plan. Once you know how your body works, how it exactly reacts to food and training, and you need to go beyond your natural limits, we can talk again.
