    first cycle (cut/lean bulk)

    Ok first up here are my stats..

    age: 22
    Height: 5'10
    Weight: 220

    My diet is a iifym type diet with mostly healthy meats, carbs, and fats. Im doing IF, and still have quite a bit of fat, and am kinda weak.. my goals are to shred some fat while also getting stronger/cut. I dont want a huge physique, just to be shredded, so im looking for a beginner cycle, not afraid of needles... would like to add some lean mass while lifting, and doing cardio... thanks guys!

    YEAH!!! I am the first to say this. Read the sticky above mainly "austinie" one.

    first of all we need to know your body fat, I am assuming at your height and at that weight, its pretty high.
    second your still young, you are more then welcome to do a cycle but yea why?
    third, everyone will say this to you, a good diet and cardio is the best way to go. If you need help to lose weight then steroids wont work for you.

    Dont need them to lose weight, just want the help faster, like most people looking into anabolics. Im at around 24%

    read the sticky! too high of a bf% for steroids .

    correct but explain the reasons-

    First 22 is little on young side
    Second is that over 15% bf the sides/risk are greater examples=
    High blood pressure
    Cholesterol issues
    Estrogen issues
    Gyno
    cardiovascular Issues
