    Deca, How much is too much?

    I've read anything over 600mg/week is a waste of money.
    Any thoughts?

    Thats a lot bro. But if you have a lot of cycle experience 600 may be necessary. If this is your first cycle, start with 400 a week.

    It will be my 4th cycle. Probably 60mg of Dbol per day also.

    Jesus man... 60mg of dbol ??? Even for your fourth cycle thats a lot! I'd go with like 40 or 45.
    Yeah but if it's your fourth you should go with the 600mg deca .
