gyno still not going?

hi all,
i started getting a lump underneath my left nipple around week 1 of my sust/deca /dbol cycle,hit it with 40mg day 1 then 20mg from ther till now(i am currently wrapping up week 4)well the lump is contained (not going away)but some days tender,some days it seems bigger and some smaller.i know this was caused by previous cycles of test(i have not used deca for about 7 years,so i dont think it is deca gyno).
should i bump the nolva to 40mg and see what happens or just carry on with 20mg?
i will be running it throughout none the less.
you guys must be so sick of gyno questions

i'd bump to 40 of it were me.

20mg in the morning and 20 mg in the afternoon,or all at once in the morning?never been sure.
