I have just started using steriods , I have been taught how to inject so there is no problem there, but I am injecting in my arse and I literally cannot sit down, touch it or train! Could someone help me out. My mates say it hurts them all but I can't imagine it hurts them as much as this is hurting me I have nearly had to have time off work

Virgin muscle to the injecting.

Pain will subside as your muscle get used to the pinning. Then again there are some roids that cause godlike PiP.
Try warming up the vial a bit before injecting, should make the substance smoother to inject which may help.

Massaging the area may also help.

"Virgin" muscle pip, in my opinion, is more like "virgin hand" (a bit shaky, a bit clumsy" pip.

Even tiny movements, of the syringe, are making little slices in your muscle, with the tip of the needle.
Warming the oil makes it flow easier, thus allowing a steadier hand. Relax. Make sure the muscle is not slowly tensing up on you. Take your time...
