    What cycle is best for a beginner

    I'm looking to start my first cycle and from what I read dbol or primo would be the best bet for a beginner. Any advice on that? If not what would you recommend for a 19 year old 5'11",185 lbs and have been training hard for the past three years. 16% BF 43% muscle mass. Thanks for the help guys

    I would recommended you keep working on your base naturally and start to really research diet as well as cycling. Hold off on cycling for now, there's really no need. Work towards reaching your genetic potential naturally before you cycle.
