3x winny and test x1
If I was to use winny Monday Wednesday Friday injectable and a test 350 every 2 weeks as I don't want to shut myself down with the winny is that a ok mix? As I would like to cut a bit of fat and get some more definition in my muscles.
What PCT would u recommend

I would recommend you start by reading the sticky post at the top. They will tell you how to run a proper cycle and what PCT to use.
AAS, especially winny will not cut fat and will add mostly water weight and some strength. You dont run test 1x every 2 week, you run it at the minimum 1x a week, 2x is better and dont worry about shutting down your natural testosterone because you will. No matter if you run it 1x a month, or 1x a day you are going to be shut down and thats why you need to run pct.
You need to do a lot more research and learning before considering any type of cycle.

^actually winny helps shed water not adds water weight and it DOES help reduce fat.
But yes test should be ran at least once a week and I wouldn't do winny less than eod. (I would just go prop and winny ed)
