    T3 and Testosterone.

Hi, I'm a complete novice but all the lads at the gym have be harping on about T3 and Testosterone but most are reluctant to talk about it. Iv done some research on T3 and I understand the dosage but with the testosterone I'm lost, is it injected, taken orally as a liquid or a pill and how do I know what dosage to take, my diet isn't an issue and I train 4 times a week and go for a long run on the fifth day with two days off.

    I am 5ft 9 and 15stone 7lbs roughly 98kgs
I've dropped 2 stone already (roughly 12kgs) and want to drop the same again

All and any advice is very welcome.

    Many Thanks

Testosterone 's most commonly used form (from what I've seen, anyways) is injectable. The more T3 you take the more testosterone you'll need to ensure you don't go into catabolic state (when your body is using muscle for fuel). To ensure you've got a good understanding of T3 read this thread, it'll tell you everything you need to know about it and I believe it also mentions how much test roughly to take with your T3 dosage.

Good advice here but I would add that you spend a while study everything about steriods including how to use and side effects.
Do not and I repeat do not just take some stuff a guy at the gym is taking until you fully understand and are aware of the compound.
Not being rude but take your time.

This is convoluted, which compound are you asking about:
    1) How to take T3 along with Test?
    2) How to take Test itself?

Good advice, but the bolded section is untrue. Any amount of routinely administered Test (or any anabolic , oral or otherwise) will effectively negate T3 catabolism.

I've been on a combination of Test (TRT dose), HGH 5iu/ed, T4 100mcg/ed for years (when I'm not cycling). The combination of the three compounds are awesome at keeping my body fat down to about 12% and I can eat almost anything, within reason.
