Mid cycle blood work results - input?
This is my first cycle running test e at 500mg/week. Blood was drawn 7 weeks into cycle:
FSH 0.7 w/ reference range of 1.6 -8.0 mIU/ml
FH 0.2 w/ reference range of 1.5 - 9.3mIU/ml
Progesterone 0.8 (in range)
Estradiol 71 reference range: < OR = 39pg/Ml
Test total: >10000 ng/dl
Test free: 3511.4 pg/ml
No gyno, mood swings, etc. The only severe side effect I guess I have is chronic fatigue which started at about 8th week. All I want to do is sleep and all I did was sleep. I'm in my 11th week and noticing the chronic fatigue diminishing.
Input?
I ran HCG 250IU/2xweek and .25mg of arimidex EOD.Last edited by Koios; 03-26-2015 at 10:20 PM.

Hematocrit.... It's in the cbc part of your blood test. It's like how thick your blood is or how viscose... How easy it flows. If your test doesn't show that then what's your hemoglobin count? When your crit gets high it can make you feel wore out sometimes. But your estrogen is high and that is more than likely your culprit.

Touché. Thanks for the elaboration. I won't know till Saturday when I go pick up the rest of the blood work. The page I got I thought would have everything on it regarding the hormones but it didn't. I'll get back to you with that on Saturday.
Should I do anything in the mean time to combat the high estrogen? Increase the ai? I have one more week to go (3 pins left) before the 2 week break and start of PCT.

I would even though you are at the end of your cycle. But I don't like estrogen to ever be high it makes me uncomfortable and tired. Two feeling I don't like ! Haha! If you have good ai it will bring your estro down pretty quick and you will finish out your cycle smoother.

Yeah pharma grade
I wish I had taken full advantage of this cycle; lost 4 weeks due to injuries (elbow and low back) right at the peak of the cycle too! Was only able to hit the gym 4 times in weeks 7-10. Back at it as of week 11. The way I was making gains I would have been over 230 by now. Holding around 217.
But yah my doc had a hard time believing those numbers came from a 500mg/week cycle and the lab did a double analysis to verify lol

I definitely did a double take myself
Sucks about the injuries(I do understand this myself)! Listen to your body... As I'm kinda sitting in the same boat(but def don't want to over do it)... I need to start listening more to mine instead of grinding it out(only bad things will happen and I don't need any other) lol
GL finishing off!

Is there a estrogen reference number for gyno development or would that vary per individual? For example my estrogen was 71pg/Ml but no gyno: no tenderness, no swelling, puffiness, etc. Can somebody develop gyno with a lower estrogen levels? If not how much higher would my estrogen levels have to be to start developing possible gyno side effects? Or is my estrogen high enough for gyno development but because I'm running the AI there's no gyno?

Gyno is going to vary from individual to individual. For me it flares up around where your numbers are now. Back when I first started and didn't know how to keep my estrogen under control. You may never suffer from it. But high estrogen is unhealthy for a lot more reasons then just gyno man.
