    Blood work

Hello I've been away for quite some time and had some blood work results I had a couple year questions about.
    HDL cholesterol 39 L
    AST 42 H
    RBC 6.11 H
    Hematocrit 53.3 H
    RDW 16.2 H
    T-total 1677 H
    Free T 444.7 H
Everything else was in range how can I get my RBC and hematocrit lower?
    Appreciate any advice.
This is 6 weeks in on a test only cycle 500mg pw

You should donate blood. That will lower your hematocrit.

Also, I would venture that your test is easily 50% under-dosed.

Good advice. What leads you to believe the test is that under dosed? I mean bc of the results obviously, but what range should I be sitting in?

Donate blood asap! Your crit levels are dangerously high!

Are you feeling tired, lethargic, run down etc??

you can do a whole or double RBC which will rid yhe viscosity(thickness) of your blood... You may wNt to look into a double(but you'll feel much better)...

Your test level should be around 6-8 times your test dosage.

That is just a ballpark figure. YMMV.

Makes sense according to your BW... Donating will help tremendously! Your blood is very thick... Anytime my crit goes over 50!i set up a blood let...

Make an appt as soon as possible...

I'm looking into doing it myself... But it's not for everyone

I just set up a appt. to donate today. I tried for the double rbc and I have to meet certain criteria so they won't let me today. Maybe the next time.
