Is it OK to take 75mg of Winny? I am about to get more tomorrow,

but I want to finish this bottle today and all I have left is exactly 75mg. I just want to make sure taking 75mg at once is fine....

I normally take 50mg ed.

I wouldn't recommend it without blood work to moniter your SGOT and SGPT levels but I've used 100mg a day before without problem. Upping to 75, be ready to really feel the joints bro. I injured my elbow on 100.

I was using that and MSM powder. I can't really say how much it helped because I'm on those supps all year round, so a comparitive analysis couldn't be reached.
You just really need to be stacking the winny with a compound that causes at least a bit of retension Test/Deca etc to help in greasing the hinges

Youll be fine..If your that concerned just use 50mg, and wait till you get your next batch and finish off the bottle.
