I really don't feel like ordering any estrogen blockers off online and I have no one to get them from around here. What are some that I could get from a nutrion store (i.e gnc.)

You might find something there that claims to block estrogen, but it would be very doubtful that it would actually work. If you are going to do something, do it right and don't try to take shortcuts or the easy way out. There are many reputable research companies that can fill your needs as far as anti-e's go. You should go that route or find some pills.

I agree with moto. I wouldn't never skimp on the anti-e's. Don't know about you I'm in this to look better not grow some man boobs.
