Red spots on arms/shoulders/back - not acne

    Hi,

What do You think can cause red spots on arms, shoulders, chest, back? I think it's not acne. Spots become more visible and more red after workout for example ( when i sweat a lot ). I attach photos.

Looks like it could be an allergic reaction to something.
Take some Benadryl and see if they subside. If not I'd get it checked

When I first tried steroids back in the 80s I developed something that resembles that also. Turned into white blotches that took years to disappear. Same thing happened to my younger brother at the same time( running the same compound same lab) cleared up then but reappeared years later ( 25 yrs later) after starting hrt. After getting estrogen under control has never reared up again. Maybe related to your issues maybe not. Might be worth a bloods to see where e2 is at ?!

What is your gear suspended in? Could be an allergic reaction or a skin disease that you were predisposed to. AAS can trigger underlying skin issues. Could be Myositis? Either way, I would go to the doc ASAP and get a diagnosis. Tell him about your AAS use.
