    Anti estrogen for fat loss?

I have read this on an old post on bb.com (not a forum thread). It was about drugs for fat loss, he mentioned the old ECA, clen and... tamoxifen /arimidex . It makes sence because estrogen retains water and fat and women tend to gain weight while on birth control pills. I am thinking to buy some estrogen blockers becuase witg a "mild" diet and lipo I lost 2 kgs fast and I have veins all over my arms chest neck shoulder and few on legs and A BIG BELLY!!! For 2 weeks no improvement on the scale or in the mirror. Might an estrogen blocker help? Or should I try IF + clen / fat burner+ amino acides?

Yep. Cardio fasted, diet low carb, did some high carb and calories day to kick start my metabolism.. no improvement. If I go lower with calories I will be below 2000 and that's not good with a belly. If I go that low now what will I do to get rid of my last few pounds? Permanent fasting?

I agree w/FQ... You need to check out the diet section as something is off... May not be much but enough to make you stagnant...

Cardio and diet will be your answer there is no short cuts... Or we'd all be gigantic

Need to calculate TDEE. Then determine the optimal ratio distribution for your macros. As NACH3 said, cardio and diet are the answer but the "diet" portion can be tricky.

Get some blood work and see where your estrogen levels currently are.

"Hormone Panel for Males"(private md labs.com) has a great test(covers everything except prolactin/LH/FSH) for roughly£175
