Looking for feed back on cycle

Has anyone read Ask L. Rea issue #1.
There is a suggested Anadrol Sustanon cycle posted in the issue.
I would like to get feed back on this cycle.

Is it better to use the AD50 and the Sust together at the same time?
As for my cycle history I did one Deca/ Winni cycle.
Gained 16 lbs in about 10 weeks.
I started this one on June first. I have gained about 5 lbs so far.
Should I use the sust and the AD50 together?
