    injecting enathate

    Hey,
    I will be injecting enathate 250mg on tue. and fri. for 10 weeks my question is can I inject it into my delts or are glutes a better idea. The only problem is my bf is around 20% so I don't know if I should inject there or not.

    IMHO I would try losing some bf before you cycle.

    BTW if you are 19...you shouldn't be cranking.

    derek, inject in quads, its easier. delts is too liekly u will hit a nerve or vein.

    as for the body fat, 20% isnt that bad, just if i were u, i would run a cutting cycle right after ur cycle, clen /winny/t3 and that should take u down to like 8% bf, if u run it rite !

    500mg is fine..
    i too am phat and use a 1" in the delts, quads no probs

    It's not that likely to hit a vein or nerve in the medial deltoid. The deltoids are the default site for most IM injections, it's one of the safest places to inject IM.
