First Cycle & PCT - is this feeling the norm??

    Hi guys

I ran a Test E cycle for 14 weeks without HCG , at 600mg pw - I know I should have run this on cycle but I am where I am.

9 Days after my last jab I ran HCG at 1000iu EOD over 10 days (5 doses)

20 days after my last jab I am now running/ plan to run Clomid/ Nolva on the following Clomid 100/50/50/50
    Nolvadex 40/20/20/20

I have only done 5 days on Clomid/ Nolva but I have been feeling tired, sometimes down and low energy, I think this may be due to a few late nights but sleep is not a problem.

Some people have advised this could be down to not enough HCG, however my nuts have feel as though they are functioning, others have said this is the clomid as I have been taking 100 all at once in the morning.

Yesterday when I trained I felt like I have lack of energy, depressed etc and took 100 clomid.
Today I felt a bit off during the day but when I trained I felt alot better and took 50 clomid

I can get more HCG if needed but i wanted to know what you're thoughts are????

I know for next time I should have taken HCG throughout, I just need advice.

    Thanks

You are just going to have to ride it out and consider it a lesson learned ....too late for more hcg . Good luck, we have all been there. Focus on getting in and out of the gym and keep your diet in check.....it's not what you gain, it's what you keep that counts!

Take your PCT meds at night before bed, that may help your lethargy during the day.

Hi when you say ride it out please advise what you mean? Is this just a matter of time waiting for my hormones to adjust?

One guy told me to blast 15000iu at 2000 a day everyday until I finish

Riding it out is just that - waiting for your hormones to recover - back to homeostasis.... It takes time! I wouldn't blast HCG as your shouting down your testes which are trying to recover(next time keeping them functioning on cycle is what you would do!

Do you have pre cycle BW to compare your post pct BW to?

More HCG won't help now... You've learned but next time you'll be much more ready... GL and hope all returns to normal

    Hi

Unfortunately no BW, again I know I should have but I didnt simply down to cost as the BW is really expensive here (UK). To be honest with you I dont actually know anyone who gets bloodwork done.

Really?! Mostly everyone who's in this game does BW... If you can't afford it you probly shouldn't cycle tbh... It's not about just how you feel it's internally that you can't see(only w/BW)

There's plenty of members from the UK who do BW... I'm sure they'll chime in... I've remembered Manchester, and ??

As stated..........if you can't or won't get bw done then you need to take the necessary time off between cycles and at some point you must get a yearly physical done in which they do bw. Tell them you want your tes and e2 checked......(tell them you have symptoms of low t). Point is you owe it to yourself at the bare minimum to get your bw done once a year.....if it cost you some dough then start saving. You can't guess forever!

Funnily enough I was having the same conversation with my friend the other day.

I'll be waiting quite a while until my next course and yes I will get bw done at least once a year. This was my first course so did not know what to expect and could not foresee this happening.

I think u need to got through your GP to get it free through th NHS otherwise it's private.

The free ones are generally just one element of the full hormone check.

"That guy" is an idiot. Do not run hcg when trying to restart your HPTA via serms as it's suppressive to your LH function.
NACH3, SidVicious77 and tarmyg like this.
